Our Tupelo Honey is gathered along the river basins and wetlands of Northwest Florida, where bees forage almost exclusively on the rare white Tupelo tree (Nyssa ogeche) during its brief spring bloom. This short, weather-dependent flowering window makes each harvest both limited and exceptional. Because Tupelo nectar is uniquely high in fructose and low in glucose, the honey remains naturally smooth and slow to crystallize, preserving its clarity and delicate texture over time.
This honey is hand-selected and raw, gently extracted and never heated or filtered, so it retains everything the bees intended. The result is a honey prized for its clean, refined character—light, silky, and subtly sweet with soft floral notes and a lingering finish. Tupelo is often considered one of the finest honeys in the world, and its elegance speaks for itself.
