🌮 Radish Microgreen Taco Toppers
Ingredients
- Corn tortillas
- Ground beef or turkey
- Pico de gallo
- Radish microgreens (peppery + crunchy)
- Optional: avocado slices, lime wedges, queso fresco
Method
- Cook the ground beef or turkey, seasoning with salt, pepper, and your favorite taco spices.
